The Supply Of The Kindergarten Normal School Students And The Selection And Engagement Of The Kindergarten Teacheres In Wuhan

National Education Committee and National Project Committee promulgated The Suggestion towards the Continuity Between Enrollment and Allotment in technical secondary schools in 1997. Since then the profession education discarded graduates' centralized allotment system of Planned Economy and began the all-around job-hunting in the labor force markets of Market Economy. Then all technical schools began to lower the entrance examination scale, so did Wuhan kindergartener training schools. With the decline of the quality of student sources in kindergarten normal schools, the training quality of these students has been greatly affected, then Wuhan kindergarteners and then Wuhan preschool education, especially the kids' early stage development.Nowadays more research has been made on the student sources and problems of the kindergarten normal school students, but less on quantization research, let alone on the selection and engagement of the kindergarteners.In order to ensure the quality of kindergartener sources, this essay analyzed the present problems in Wuhan kindergartener training schools and the training quality of kindergarten normal school students from Wuhan kindergarten normal schools' student sources and their action after entrance, trying to make clear the supply of Wuhan kindergarten normal school students .After investigation the good teachers' quality can be concluded and according to this some practical ways can be found to select and engage realistic kindergarteners.From the questionnaires of the kindergarteners in 11 Wuhan kindergartens (altogether 203 samples), I find the results:1. There were 15 items referring the quality of the good teachers, which comprising tow big aspects.2.
