Human resources development is a key issue in the rural economic growth in China. The low quality of labor force currently is an obstruct in the developing process of rural economy, human resources development and the improvement of the quality of labor force are the main approaches to solve the rural problem, which is depend on the completed rural education system of adults. Therefore establish the supporting system of adult education system, accelerate adult education and rural human resources development is the practical choice to progress rural economy.On the basis of the analyses of influences from educational and scientific quality of rural labors on the incomes of farmers and rural economic development, as well as farmers' demand on various training programs, this thesis regards the rural adult education and rural human resources development as the key measure to develop rural economy and agriculture, as well as the improvement of the quality or rural labor force. By providing a comparative study of adult education between China and other countries this thesis ha discussed the supporting system of rural adult education, and the reliability of this system has also been tested.The main points of this thesis are as follows: In order to gain a stable development of the rural adult education in China, we should Establish a completed organizational management system; Increase the investment on rural adult education and enlarge the channels absorbing funds, and build an economic insurance system for the rural adult education; Development social and cultural undertaking in the rural area; Set up a modern agricultural information service system.
