| Entrepreneurship education of females has been a universal trend at present and it is generally acknowledged that it is an important way for women to get rid of poverty, to raise social status and to exercise potentials. In the meantime, more and more rural females started to participate actively in this kind of education with the calling of era.Under the influence that rural areas in Xinjiang are striving to realize the leapfrog development of economic society, the rich and varied entrepreneurship activities which centered on female rural entrepreneurship training and rural females started to boom. Females in rural areas of Xinjiang, a talented team in great numbers who have not received full attention and not been fully exploited, are exerting their superior role as human capitals.Based on large literature reviews and experiential study, this paper attempts to discuss deeply the various problems that exist in rural female entrepreneurship education of Xinjiang with relevant theoretical knowledge. Firstly, the meaning and value of entrepreneurship education of females in rural areas of Xinjiang are defined. At the same time, its present developmental trend is presented from various aspects such as policy, techniques, capital, information and so on.Secondly, this paper held questionnaire survey and case study toward the practices of Xinjiang rural females entrepreneurship activities under the framework of entrepreneurship training. Besides, the paper concluded the problems that exist in Xinjiang rural females entrepreneurship training and proposed strategic suggestions that optimize the macro environment and construe sustaining system of rural female entrepreneurship.The real situation and demands of present Xinjiang rural female entrepreneurship education by means of collecting, cumulating and analyzing relevant data and material discussed in this paper will further the sound development of Xinjiang rural female entrepreneurship activity. |
