They can't undertake the additional input of education .As such, it is very important to effectively increase the input of education by government. The thesis applies the balance-analysis approach, combined with statistical analysis ,to launch a case study of the education of the cities in Zhejiang Province, drawing a conclusion that the supply of urban education will surpass that of the demand. Then based on the expound of the root cause of such unbalance, the article put forward relative policy suggestions over the realization of the balance supply-demand balance in the course of the urbanization: correct policy is crucial to bring down the birth ratio for long time to reduce the demand; strengthen the support of the policies; establish the particular path of urbanization; develop the private education; improve the function of the cities; promote the self-organization of cities and countryside; carry out modern remote education to make up for the short of supply.
