In contrast, under the background of economic development, China's labor supply and demand is increasingly cause for concern.With China's economic development, Y village has undergone enormous changes, companies become more, increase farmers'income, lifestyle and mode of production has also undergone a change, it seems that the gap between people and the city gradually disappear. But also in recent years, Y village found fewer and fewer people around, more and more old, how to hire more people have become major issues in troubled companies, "labor shortage" also appears in the Y Village.The author through to the Y village for up to two years of in-depth observation, interviews, and through visits a company employees and their families, to collect data, to labor supply and demand theory, the Y village hypothesis as an independent labor consumption and production unit, through the establishment of the model of theory analysis, find out the influence of Y village labor force supply and demand factors, and then find the key to solve the problems, and learn from the South of Jiangsu area and Shanghai area township development experience, put forward effective measures, and hope to be able to Y village development to do everything in one's power function.
