| The setting-up of network in the job seeking is an all concerned topic in the academic field,but they put more attention to the laid-off and the farmers than the undergraduates. In fact, the undergraduates have become the same social problem with the laid-off and the farmers employment. Esp, along with the increasing number of the university students and the increasing employment. The undergraduates employment have fell in the difficulties: Firstly, they have to seek the portion with the laid-off and the farmers employees; secondly, the undergraduates not only depend on the relationship but also the social background, the third, under the current market economy , they struggle to step.This text has a foothold in 2003 J university job seeking process and the study of setting-up network, they put forward three assumption theorieses: The first, the market promotion did not change the situation which is consit of relative relationship, the region, the occupation, the blood relationship, but the inflation has become the dominant factor in setting-up of job seeking network, the main source of affecting this factor is the "breaking the milk"respond from the traditional society to the modern society, the second, the setting-up of network is according to the economy cost, and this choice affect and chang the to systemalized arrangement; The third, in the network application, the acquaintance depend on the relation, but the strangers more depend on the benefit,but the undergraduates try to make it humanity environment ,in order to get the biggest reward in minimum cost . The author thinks that the current market economy system doesn't break the law,the undergraduates's choosing post dependantly and the employing the emploees freely, this is just outside situation from the form, but China hasn't developped the age that rely on the ability, prestige competition, in this" breaking the milk period" the relationship often expresses with benefits. In sociology visual field, the relation have four forms: one is norelation, all that rely on the personal ability to seek the chance; Second is relative relation, mainly rely on the relatives to get a post ; the third is public relation, primarily relying on medium; the four is the friendship, primarily depending on friends. In the four kinds of forms, the irrelative cost is too high, but the credibility of the public relations is too low, the background of the close relation the friendship becomes the most importent one.But the foundation of friend relation is not completely escaped from the Chinese blood relation, relative relation,occupation and region.Contrary, it is so close ,it is another expression under the modern market economy .In the current China, along with the consolidation of the central macroview,, the public and other important product production is increasingly monopolized, especially the unit system at earnings business ,it can guarantee the resources control in agent rather than proprietor, the loophole of the system make the postion become the agent's private property. so, the undergraduates must consider how to get the maximum benefit with the minimum cost .In the traditional china, the acquaintance's face is a minimum and the best choice in cost.In the social atmosphere of the alive with" face", the value of the face is flexible with intimate degree so the university graduate student possibly use the blood relationship,and relative relation in order to get the face .
