At present, the teachers' team in the Non-Governmental Universities(NGU) have many snorting-comings, such as their coming-age, unstability, too many part-time teacher, low-record of formal schooling, neglence of scientific study and so on. All these situations are bad for for NGU to take part in the intense market competition, and are also bad for their sustainable development.As the higher education becomes popular, NGU are facing good developing opportunities, but many problems as well, such as their sharp competition of gaining students resources and their weak foundations. If we want to promote NGU to go into a new step, we should build a teachers' team with high quality and strong stability. So it is meaningful to study the strategy of constructing teachers' team.The strategy of constructing a techers' team is a long-term plan, its aim is to build a good teachers' team for NGU. And it is an activity aims to carry out and control the building of a high-quality teachers' team by a strategized eye and method. The strategy of constructing a techers' team is the key of human resource strategy in NGU, and an important way of realizing the "School-Based Management."In this paper, the strategy of constructing a techers' team studied serval points as following: the strategy of guided ideas, the strategy of planning, the strategy of teachers' training and development, the strategy of teachers' employ and stability. NGU should introduce a certain percentage of teachers with high diploma, high title and prestige, and among them should be some leaders of some subjects, so that we can build a boned teachers' team which consists of many full-time teachers. Especially, a special teacher-the president, should be chosen, who has great influence on building a good teachers' team and the development of the NGU. For strengthening the stability, the NGU should depend on their excellent ideas, surrounding, treatment, careers, culture backgrounds and sentiment to keep good teachers there.The study is based on investigation and inquiring of imformation. And it aims to put the theory and practice together.
