In 1982,there was just one non-state running higher school (in short : non-state running college) in our country, that is : Chinese Social College . After 20 years , that is to say , at the end of 2002 , it was counted up that the amount of non-state running colleges in all the country was 1202 . Because of it, our non-state running colleges have unlimited chances of survival, It is hoped that a new point of flash of light will emerge in Chinese education market . In spite of it , a lot of materials tell us that our non-state running colleges survive with difficulty owing to the difficulties from inside and outside , and what is more , come hastily , go bankrupt in a shorter time . In order to examine these cruxes and suit the remedy to them , I chose the teaching system of Chongqing information engineering college to be the focus of study .First of all , I made a thorough investigation and visit of the several parts of the college's teaching system , including the teaching aim , the teaching curriculum , the teaching administration , the teaching condition , the teachers' actual strength and the situation of students and so on , then sorted out the materials and analyzed the problems of them . I found that the college had existed these problems such that the teaching aim was flashy and without substance , the teaching curriculums were blindly copied indiscriminately and inappropriate between the easiness and difficulty , the teaching condition was not enough standard , the teachers didn't have enough actual strength and their structure lost its balance and was unstable , the basis of students was weak and they didn't study hard , the teaching administration was as much too painstaking as the high schools or primary schools did .Secondly , in view of the questions and my actual strength , I decide to think overthe suitable tactics from the angle of teaching supervision and guide . Making a deep investigation of the college's current situation of teaching supervision and guide , the third part of the paper told us that the college had fully realized that educational supervision and guide was an important indispensable component part in school's administration system , therefore , the college set up an unwieldy special department being composed of full-time and part-time supervisors at the lead of the leader of the department . In more than one year, they considered "supervision" as their key task , strictly standardized the teachers' teaching behaviors , seriously investigated and dealt with the students' signs breaking rules and regulations , resulting that the college's teaching work was gradually from confusion to orderliness . However, Due to the short time of founding of the department, it is unavoidable that the department has the problems such as imperfection of supervision and guide. In order to make the college's supervision and guide to further promote the college's teaching, the end of the paper put forward how to perfect the mechanism , determine the rules and tasks and deal with the results on the basis of the above investigation.At last , I spread out some enlightens from the case study , hoping to supply some references for brother colleges' solving the teaching problems by the means of the teaching supervision and guide.
