| Lixin Accounting junior College is the only private institution of higher learning in modern China named after "Accounting".Based on the foundation of lixin accounting cram school,correspondence school,evening school,morning school and Sunday school,the school was finally established in Shanghai through the unremitting efforts of pan xulun,founder of Lixin Accounting Firm,it has developed in the process and began to be known in industrial and commercial circles,move to Chongqing to run school,its achievement is outstanding,and it has become the "leader" of modern and contemporary accounting education in China.This thesis takes Lixin Accounting junior College's school running situation in Chongqing as the research object,and digs into the school running history during the the Anti-Japanese War,Clearly present the overall situation of running a school,analyze the predicament and countermeasures of running a school in Chongqing,by explore the influence of the college's confrontational rear and the characteristics of accounting education,to tap the school's schooling experience and its reference and guidance significance for China's accounting education in the new period.In 1937,after the outbreak of the battle of Songhu in Shanghai,Lixin Accounting Junior College encountered many hardships.The college building was occupied by the Japanese army and forced to transfer to the Concession to run.After the outbreak of the Pacific war,the concession was unable to provide a safe environment for Lixin Accounting junior College,and the life safety of college teachers was seriously threatened.In the autumn of 1942,the college was forced to relocate to Chongqing Beibei to run the college.At the beginning of moving to Chongqing,Lixin Accounting Junior College quickly and comprehensively carried out related work,based on the new site,and continued to run the college.First of all,the administrative organization of the collegehas been adjusted,and local well-known people have been invited to join the college board.Secondly,the teaching staff and college facilities have been expanded to provide teaching resources and material conditions for the development of teaching.Thirdly,in accordance with the actual situation of Beibei,expand the level of running a college in Chongqing and adjust the curriculum in a targeted manner to cultivate practical talents of different sizes.Finally,implement a strict admissions examination system to ensure the quality of admissions,carefully cultivate students,and promote social employment.In addition,Lixin Accounting Junior College strict management of daily teaching and students' study,life,formed a good style of learning.However,the road to running a college in Chongqing is not unimpeded,and it is constrained in many ways.The fund for running the college is extremely short and it is difficult to maintain all necessary expenses;difficulties in expanding teaching facilities,extortion by local forces and bad businessmen;With the deterioration of the economic situation in the rear area,the living conditions of teachers and students in the school became increasingly difficult.To this end,the college has adopted a series of countermeasures.With the help of all sectors of society,it has effectively solved the above problems,gradually reversed the bad situation,and continued to move forward.During the running of Lixin Accounting Junior College in Chongqing,its distinctive accounting education characteristics were formed,a large number of financial and accounting personnel were trained for the rear area,and it also actively supported the Anti-Japanese War of Resistance.Although Lixin Accounting junior College has not been running in Chongqing for a long time,it has left valuable experience,promoted the progress of China's accounting education industry,and reserved human resources for China's accounting education in the new period,providing a school-running model with far-reaching impact. |
