With the popularity of running fitness,individual athletes lack of targeted and real-time running guidance methods,usually can not achieve the desired effect and easily to cause unnecessary sports injury in the course of the movement.Therefore,the individual's demand for personalized physiological movement status recognition and running guidance method is increasingly outstanding.Based on the feedback and evaluation technology of human physiological information,the researcher tested 12 healthy male subjects in the treadmill with the increasing load and the constant load running exhaustion experiment.The researcher obtained the real-time heart rate signal,the surface EMG's time domain index RMS and the frequency domain index MPF of the Rectus Femoris,Biceps Femoris,Tibialis Anterior and lateral part of Gastrocnemius in the experiment,and used the subjective scale to collect the RPE values of the participants,then observed and analyzed their trend under the standardized time,and the correlation between each index,thus to obtainthe individualized index which can effectively reflect and evaluate the intensity and fatigue of running,and explorethe guidance method of running exercise.The experimental results were as follows:(1)The RMS and MPF indexes of the subjects' four target muscles didn't reflect the muscle fatigue of the lower limbs in this experimental study.Therefore,they can't be used as effective indexs to identify and evaluate running fatigue in the course of this study and daily individual running exercise.(2)In the incremental load experiment,the subjects' %HRR was significantly correlated with the exercise intensity(p<0.01),and theyhad a strong linear relationship.Based on the individualized characteristics of the index itself,it is proved that%HRR can be used as an effective evaluation index for different sports individuals.(3)There was significant correlation between%HRR and subjective fatigue value(p<0.01)in two exercise experiments,which proved that%HRR can effectively reflect individual's comprehensive fatigue state during running.Then the researcher used the%HRR index to carry on the application research,established the suitable intensity motion prescription for target crowd of the original experiment,built closed-loop control platform on a running machine using intelligent hardware to carry on the verification experiment,in which the speed of the running machine was adjusted dynamically by tracking the target heart rate range so as to control the rate of individual movement.The experimental results showed that the motion control method based on treadmill had good maneuverability,which could help the athlete to maintain reasonable exercise intensity,prolong the exercise time,increase the exercise effect and avoid the occurrence of sports injury.I hope this research can provide the relevant sports scientists with a new thinking direction and experimental research foundation,can provide more scientific and effective individualized instruction and control method for the future individual running movement.
