the labor market.Their human capital value has a huge positive effect on regional economic development and social progress,and it is the focus of talent competition everywhere.Chongqing is in the period of economic growth mode of “quality improvement and efficiency improvement”.In the future,it will carry out industrial upgrading with the development of big data intelligence as the development direction,and enter the intelligent transformation of traditional key industries and emerging industries.In order to actively promote industrial upgrading and economic development,Chongqing attaches great importance to the attraction of outstanding graduates of colleges and universities,and launched the “Millions of Talents in Chongqing” talent introduction activities,based on the talent demand of college graduates in this city.Excellent undergraduate and above graduates and graduates of industry-related majors will increase their attraction and introduction,enhance the matching of industrial structure and talent structure,and improve the level of Chongqing's talent team.Chongqing local college graduates are also the key attraction groups,but the data found that the status quo of Chongqing local college graduates staying in employment has the following issues worthy of attention: overall,the proportion of college graduates in Chongqing needs to be improved,and the proportion of postgraduate graduates is lower than undergraduate The proportion of graduates from local and key local colleges and universities in Chongqing is low,the proportion of students in foreign countries is low,and the proportion of talents in emerging industries is low.Therefore,for Chongqing to better attract and retain a group of outstanding graduates of colleges and universities,it is of positive value to study the willingness of students in Chongqing local colleges and universities to stay.To this end,this paper takes Chongqing undergraduate and above students as the research object,and comprehensively uses literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,expert consultation method and statistical analysis method to focus on the study of Chongqing college students' graduation intention and influencing factors.On this basis,we will discuss the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the employment of Chongqing college students.The study mainly involves three parts: First,compile the table of factors influencing the employment area selection;Secondly,analysis of the willingness and influencing factors of college students in Chongqing to stay in the local work;Third,it proposes countermeasures to promote the development of Chongqing university students to stay in the local development.The following main conclusions are drawn:First,the factors influencing the employment selection of college students in Chongqing are divided into external and internal factors,including external factors including regional factors,industrial factors and corporate factors.Internal factors include personal and family factors.Secondly,the overall employment intention of Chongqing college students is consistent with the status quo.;Postgraduates have lower willingness to stay than undergraduates;key college students have lower willingness to stay than ordinary college students;non-local students have lower willingness to stay than local students.Third,Chongqing's development potential has become the most important regional factor affecting the willingness to stay in Chongqing.Social factors cannot be ignored.Salary and welfare and job stability are the most important factors affecting the willingness to stay in Chongqing;compensation and benefits are also brain drain.Key factors,career factors are important fulcrums for talent stabilityFourth,the factors affecting the employment area selection have the greatest impact on the enterprise factors,and the personal and family factors have the least impact;the key college students are more concerned with considering various factors than other college students;the college students who are unwilling to stay are more valued than the college students
