| Content: Teacher appraisal is a survey by testing teacher's guality and their behaviour in teaching. It's a system of evaluating teacher's guality and teaching effects, which can be provided with practical advice.Teachers in middle school are the full hope of promoting the basic education in China, Good evaluating work of them will do good to the scientific development of education administration, the thorough improvement of teacher's guality, the new course reform and the achievement of the general aim of basic education in our country.However, in the practice of our present teacher appraisal in middle school, there are still some problems-the appraisal is not systematized and scientific yet.By using the methods of investigation analysis. Documental study and content analysis, the thesis analyses comprehensively some practical schemes of teacher appraisal in middle schools, reveals the problems that exist, and puts forward some tactics accordingly. It aims at making it standardized, systematized and scientific.After the comprehensive analysis, I find the following problems commonly exist in some aspects in the schemes of middle school teacher appraisal: (1) The value direction of appraisal isn't correct. (2) The system of teacher appraisal isn't perfect. (3) The appraisal methods of teachers isn't scientific enough.According to the above-mentioned problems this thesis proposes a set of evaluating status: (1) To set up correct value direction. (2) To build up good appraisal system of teachers. (3) To use scientific appraisal methods. |
