New Era Lands And The Contingent Of Cadres In Rural Secondary Schools Existing Problems And Countermeasures

Due to the restrict of many subjective and objective factor, for a long time, The construction of officers system in rural area middle school has been in effective. It results in their low overall quality , their low special field level ,their unsteadiness and their low ability .It is not only the outstanding problem there exists in the rural middle school ,but also the main cause that leads to the poor ideological and political education in the rural middle schools. So at present strengthening the construction of the political officers in rural area middle school is an important subject in the study of ideological and political education and practical work in rural middle school.Guided by socialism theory with Chinese characteristic , this article has a further discussion on the problems there exist in rural area middle school and come up with some countermeasures based on ideological political education theory It consists of three parts. In the first part, it relates the meaning of strengthening the political officers team construction in rural area middle school. Thinking the construction of the political officers is the inherent requirement to strengthen the ideological and political education and make it effective in the rural area middle school, is the objective requirement for the middle school students to grow up healthily , is the objective requirement to cultivate school culture. In the second chapter, it analyze the problems and the causes in rural middle school , thinking that in lacking of self-consciousness . Lacking of political officers , the unreasonable structure . The poor quality . The unsteadiness the flow ability . Their independent on their own their poor co-operation are the main problems . They can result from many aspects , the reputation of the political officers is not good . The role the political officers play is not clear . Education administration authorities do not attach importance to the construction of the political officers is rural area middle school .their management systems are unreasonable .the admission of the political officers is not strict ,and so on .In the third part .it puts forward some countermeasures aimed at solving the problems in rural middle school and strengthening the construction of the political officers, including how to guide public opinion evaluation of the value of their labor how to attach importance to the construction of the political officers , how to construct the management systems and organization and promote the professional construction of the political officers in rural middle school.
