With the rapidly development of education reform in china, kindergarten education is actively reforming now. All of these reforms require enhancing the quality of kindergarten teachers. As the same time, it is forming new require being the competitive of market economic. In the past, the middle kindergarten normal education has been the base of preschool education. Now kindergarten normal school ought to adapt it to the social need of qualified kindergarten teachers. This has been the key point of Chinese preschool education development.Middle kindergarten normal school is the main institution for preschool teachers. It is facing many puzzling questions such as low level education certificate, old education content and irrational curriculum. The tendency of middle normal school is vanishing in the future in china, because Chinese government is advancing the reform of turn three levels normal education into two levels normal education. What kind choice should been done has been the middle kindergarten normal school's important questions.The background of the middle kindergarten normal school transition is Chinese normal education system reform. This paper discusses the questions, reasons and gives some advice to resolve these questions.
