The Theoretical Research Of Schools' Development Essential Factors And Optimization

The development of our school has gone through a long course. However, it remains the most important problem that people have been concerned about. With the rapid development of China's economy at the present time, middle and primary schools which undertake the essential education tasks are urged to develop onto a higher level. This article which has referred to the study accomplishments based on the theories of philosophy, the running-school ideas and organization behavior analyzes the main elements which schools' development is made up of lie in the following four aspects, namely, the ideas of running schools, systems, activities and technology. Based on these, the article deals with the present conditions in which schools develop and the problems that exist now. Finally, in the light of this, the article makes some further research of those theories about how to optimize the school development.
