In 2014,the State Council "No.46" promulgated,the sports industry has become "national development strategy" an important layout.Q Club was founded in Malaysia in 2013,moved from Malaysia to China in 2014,is the world's first badminton professional club.The club to promote the development of badminton,professional badminton athletes to provide first-class coaching teaching for the purpose.The club's strategic planning is to create a set of all-star club,badminton international training college,Super professional badminton team,top badminton tournament IP,Internet + badminton equipment in one of the badminton industry ecosystem.With the in-depth development of China's sports market,sports industry as the mainstay of sports industry to promote the vigorous development of China's sports industry,but from the current domestic market environment,badminton,table tennis,football,basketball and other sports Competitive projects,market management under the administrative system is difficult.With the increasingly clear market demand and increasingly well defined resources,Q Club's existing business model has been difficult to meet the needs of the market,especially the current sports industry "blowout" development of the times.To seize the policy opportunities to complete the club's sports competitive industry direction layout,the implementation of the club in the sports industry in the layout of the financing,strengthen the strategic investment in the capital reserve,the establishment of income return strategic control plan,the development of the club project operational objectives,Expand the ability of the operating mechanism and so have become an urgent need to solve the problem.In this paper,there are five parts in the structure arrangement: Firstly,the background and research significance of this research are analyzed,the related concepts are defined,the writing logic and innovation of this thesis are put forward.The main text is discussed from four aspects,First of all,the relevant theoretical overview of the business model for the entire paper to provide theoretical basis;then the badminton competitive sports industry and the status of the Q club were analyzed,through the internal questionnaire survey,the current Q club business model score comparison Low,the business model has improved demand;and then combined with the characteristics of the industry and the actual development of the Q Club,based on Wei Zhu six elements theory proposed optimization path.Finally,the conclusion part of the study of the shortcomings were described.
