The substance of this article is to discover the theory and conduct the practice relevant to teaching mode of mathematical courses as the principalpart in middle school, which is on the basis of information technology.It analyses that the present situation of mathematical teaching through utilization of information technology. Combined with the research of this topic, it clarifies our views that the teaching mode should be linked mathematical courses with information technology, which is called TEACHING MODE ON THE BASIS OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OF MIDDLE-SCHOOL MATHETATICAL COURSES AS PRINCIPAL PART. In the light of this teaching mode, it also provides scientific basis for this theory, procedure of this program, situation of enforcement, development of mathematical resources, principal of designing, strategy of operation, transformation of teachers' character and construction of evaluation system. In addition, from the teaching practice and experiment, we can learn that what's the advantage in this teaching mode and what's the trouble at present and how to settle these problems.
