With the development of network and personality, information society needs creative persons. However biology teaching in the middle school is still a way of instructing , inculcating, not letting students study on their own initiative, interactively and inquisitively, and have a discussion interactively.The students' consciousness of questions, inquisition, information and creativity is short relatively. The students lack thinking on their own, practicing themselves experiencing individually and getting their own original view. So it is necessary for us to learn from the case teaching from foreign countries which lay stress on training the students' creative spirits and practical ability and carry on the case teaching research on biology in the middle school.Case teaching in biology is a method that we use a concrete case description of biology circumstances, conduct the students to study these special circumstance, discuss them, form their own views and solutions, activate their creative thought, and then train their creative consciousness and practical ability.I mainly talk about the basic methods and basic models as well as six basic types of the three principles and questioning in my study. Emphasis is put on science education, humanistic osmosis, creative quality development and multiple intelligences development in biology case teaching. In addition, I insist that we should pay attention to three things, safety, simple and moderation.The study of case teaching is thought to be helpful for the students. It can make biology theory and practice, lessons in and out of class, quality education and education which emphasizes the students' examination results united. The students' interest in biology as well as ability and grades will be improved. It can help the students learn to study, learn to exchange, learn to corporate, learn to use and create.
