With rapid development China's economy and social civilization, promoted by the acceleration pace of global economic integration and worldwide educational reform, China will unstoppably deepen its educational reform. The greatest inspiration for education of the theory of Multiple Intelligences lies in the change of the old concept of the aims of education:education is not to impart knowledge, but to develop the potential of students and respect development of each individual.To deepen the quality education reform, the programmatic document for the new curriculum, " Basic Education Reform Program (Tentative) " clearly stated: "The reform of basic education curriculum should change the current situation that the implantation of class focus on receivable study and mechanical training, and promote initiative participation, exploration and students'ability of information collection and procession, new knowledge acquisition, exchange and cooperation. It should strengthen connection of curriculum and student life and modern social and technological development, concern about students'interest and experience and select the basic knowledge necessary for lifelong learning. "This paper demonstrates that the multiple intelligences theory is the best explanation of quality education in today's China. The implantation of this theory should focus on classroom teaching when it is applied to Chinese education system. The CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction) courseware fits the requirement of quality education, and play significant role in optimizing the classroom teaching. The combination of scientific theory and sophisticated tools will effectively improve the quality of teaching.Based on the multi-intelligence learning experiences at home and abroad, and the thought of "Teaching for Multiple Intelligences" and " Teaching through the multiple intelligences", this paper proposes the model and theory of "Multiple intelligences Theory support Chemistry teaching" into high school classroom, utilize interactive multimedia courseware to support "set problem circumstance" and lead students to make "inquiry learning". On the basis of utilizing multiple intelligences teaching, research in this article puts emphasis on the development of several weak intelligences such as Naturalist intelligence, Interpersonal intelligence and Intra-personal intelligence. We hope to promote the development of students' intelligence in a comprehensive, active and individual way in order to improve teaching.After conducting high school chemistry classroom teaching practice, this paper make the results'comparison of the before and after tests and evaluation based on multiple intelligences theory. Finally we get the conclusion that the model and theory of "Multiple intelligences Theory support Chemistry teaching" can raise students' interest in learning, enhance students'autonomy in class and improve the quality of teaching.I believe the theory of multiple intelligences can provide more scientific guidelines for the Instructional,design and courseware design to broaden educators' vision, form a new idea of educational practice and eventually lead to the new formation of scientific educational model and teaching practice.
