Cultivating Agencies Of Higher Education Evaluation During Society Transformation

China has undergone unprecedented economic and social changes since reform. These changes be called social transformation. The society transformation of our country will spread to higher education system. It request establish a new system that the high school-society-government for mutually moderating, mutually supporting. And establish the agencies of higher education evaluation (AHEE) is very important mean that adjusts high school-society-government. It is also a popularize quantity in higher education to control and play an important role in the realization of school autonomy in universities. But now, our research on AHEE is poor; and the AHEE development slowness, and AHEE can't improve the quality of higher education. Therefore, it is worth to play more attention to the studying on the AHEE. .This thesis includes the following four parts:The first part is an introduction. The macroscopic background of AHEE development, investigative purpose with meaning, research method, and the concept analysis of the AHEE are Discussed.The second part is literature reviews. It introduces the research and development on AHEE in our country and other countries. And then, This thesis analyze the practice of AHEE and put forward effort direction.The third part is means to cultivate AHEE. Based on analyzing reason of why institutions of higher education accreditation develop slowly, it put forward our country should establish AHEE of society.The forth part is a conclusion. Basing on full text , we draw a conclusion:Rising of the AHEE in many countries fit for mass higher education, improve between society-school- government.The AHEE Have some obstacles during its development, including facing to lack the independent, profession not strong, roughly factor in weaketc.The development key of the AHEE is to eliminate restrict, and decide the development objects. And then the government is active creative, change government working talent, reform the higher education management system in the our country management system, give the higher education takes the gauge of the inside lies the organization legitimacy position with takes the gauge of power, establish the related law laws norm higher education takes the gauge of the inside lies the activity of the organization; On the other hand, the AHEE inside raise the organization quality.
