During the discussion of the reform of the Chinese education in middle school, there are all kinds of special topics about the modem Chinese while the teaching of classical Chinese desolated long before. What is the orientation of classical Chinese? How did present situation come about and how to change it? Those problems were to solve as the increasing classical Chinese essay in middle school teaching material. According with the idea of the present Chinese teaching, I hold that it is possible to introduce aesthetic and personality education into the classical Chinese teaching. This essay mainly discusses the classical Chinese teaching in senior high school from this aspect.The whole essay was divided into five parts: The introduction introduces the background and the range of topic; chapter 1 discusses the necessity of aesthetic and personality education for the Chinese learning; chapter 2 illustrates that the classical Chinese teaching is an important way to carry out aesthetic and personality education; chapter 3 is the heart of the whole essay. After the counterpoint analysis of the present situation of the classic Chinese, some constructive suggestion for new teaching model was offered.
