Every normal trainer is duty-bound to improve the focalization and actual effect of the normal education. Beginning with exploring the ways of normal education, this essay conducts moral training towards students by exploiting and using the educational resources in Three Gorges Project and the culture of our enterprise. That is to say, we should teach our students to foster the spirit of dedication on the basis of labor characters of Three Gorges Project and cultivate the spirit of competition in the market of Three Gorges Project. We should also develop their independence by letting them know the work quality of the project and encourage them to be creative and study science and technology by showing them the technological fruits of Three Gorges Project. Students should be conscious of quality and economic benefits when they consider the overall benefits of Three Gorges and be conscious of venture, which is brought along by the venture of Three Gorges Project. Students should learn to make comments and judge on the basis of argumentation in Three Gorges Project and concern about ecology after they learnthe ecological effect caused by Three Gorges Project. With all mentioned above, we come to a conclusion on four aspects: Winning the support on education from enterprises arid parents, strengthening the cooperation among schools, parents, communities and carrying educational activities are essential conditions to carry out moral education among middle schools supported by enterprises; Carrying out educational activities is the most important way to develop students' morality; Developing vivid and vigorous activities is a significant method; Getting knowledge is the main channel to carry out moral education.
