The sharing of higher education resources plays an important role in the improvement of the quality and overall competitiveness of higher education in China.The implementation of the project can adapt our higher education to the internationalization trend and promote the rapid development of educational information and become educational The strategic choice of change.To this end,we should be how to improve the efficiency of the use of higher education resources and how to achieve higher education resources sharing as our focus on research topics,and long-term attention and in-depth study.Based on the theory of educational investment economic efficiency,the theory of borderless higher education,the theory of aggregation effect and the theory of strategic alliance,this paper discusses the sharing of educational resources in four colleges and universities through the comprehensive analysis of four annual "211" undergraduate teaching quality in Heilongjiang province This paper makes a descriptive statistical analysis of the willingness and influencing factors of college teachers' sharing of educational resources through the questionnaire survey of four universities of "211" project in Heilongjiang Province,and makes the willingness and influence of college students to share educational resources Factor composition analysis,the four colleges and universities under the management of different parts,resulting in the management of colleges and universities,college education autonomy is not sufficient;cultural differences and differences in the development of school education,these factors led to the sharing of educational resources The difference between the four colleges and universities will have a certain inhibitory effect on the sharing;the allocation of educational resources and the feasibility of sharing of educational resources in colleges and universities by the different aspects of the development of colleges and universities.Focus on the impact.In this paper,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the educational resources sharing of four universities of "211" project.Through the analysis of the introduction,management organization and cooperation project of China's Nine School League,the seven schools federation,the American CIC University Union and the University of Russell University in the United Kingdom,this paper provides the reference for the sharing of educational resources in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province,then the author puts forward the countermeasures of sharing the educational resources of four universities of "211" project in Heilongjiang province: enhanced the awareness of the sharing of educational resources,coordinate the distribution of teachers' resources in colleges and universities,the government should provide the necessary funding and policy support,and bringing other resources to share with the online courses as the starting point,constructed the network platform of quality educational resources sharing in universities.
