| China's economy has experienced decades of high-speed growth,represented by large-scale infrastructure construction of major investment of the project is an important driving force,and the large water conservancy and hydropower,highway and economic development zone and other projects in the planning and construction has given rise to large of involuntary immigrants,which of the three gorges project alone produced more than 1.2 million immigrants.Because of the need to move away from their homes for generations,the migrants have moved from rural areas to towns,with unprecedented scale and scope.It is generally believed that the relocation of immigrants has a great destructive effect on the original social network relations,and then the social problems of the systematic and complicated engineering immigrants.With the advancement of our country all kinds of major construction projects,engineering increasingly large immigrant groups,engineering immigration will exist for a long time,to properly solve the social problems about urban resettlement and the sustainable development of the society.Based on the review of relevant theories and on the basis of combing the literature summary,summarizes the factors influencing the engineering immigrant Labor mobility,on the basis of design the questionnaire,village and towns of chongqing fuling district six immigration of three gorges immigrants from questionnaires and interviews,to organize the data and statistics.From the perspective of labor mobility after the relocation of the three gorges project immigration flow problems are studied,by building engineering immigrant Labor force to flow index system of influencing factors and binary logistic regression model,and analysis to explore the three gorges immigrant labor employment to driving factors and puts forward some countermeasures and using the binary logistic regression model to the labor mobility influence factors are analyzed,at the same time to the local residents as the control group,has carried on the contrast research to the two.(1)Three gorges immigrants with a flow tendency are mostly married male labor,the overall cultural level is low,the present younger,unmarried and culture are the characteristics of higher proportion,and show some return characteristics and back age node;(2)in terms of influencing factors of labor mobility,economic and employment factors are the key factors,which play a decisive role in the recirculation of labor force;(3)building satisfaction with neighborhood in resettlement policy impact on three gorges immigrant labor's employment flow,shows that immigration policy and its implementation,harmonious community atmosphere of tolerance is very important to engineering immigrants.Finally,combined with the present situation of three gorges immigrant settlement,and the results of the empirical analysis,this paper on the basis of existing research,the late former resettlement,resettlement area development and other related problems puts forward some Suggestions,in order to provide opinions and Suggestions for the related project resettlement work in the future:(1)to explore more reasonable ways of resettlement,such as moderate decentralization;(2)to establish and improve the implementation and supervision mechanism of the policy measures for resettlement compensation policies to ensure the implementation of policy measures;(3)establish a filing system to support the employment of middle-aged immigrants and migrant workers,improve their employability,and enhance their sense of belonging;(4)to establish the welfare security and pension system for elderly immigrants,and to liberate young workers while solving the problem of aging;(5)pay attention to the psychological construction of immigrants,maintain the stability of immigration and promote social integration of immigrants;(6)to develop local economy and improve the living environment,fundamentally improve the lives of residents,narrow the gap between immigrants and local residents,and achieve social harmony. |
