New -Curriculum Reform puts forward new demands to teachers, advocating teachers to be supporters and instructor s of the students' self-learning , then the teachers should become self-learners firstly, It is necessary that knowing current situation and problems about the teachers' self- learning in reality.This study takes teachers of three senior schools Yu Zhong County in lan zhou city as an example. Under the guide of the New-curriculum principle, basing on constructivism learning theory ,social cognitive learning theory and self-orientation learning theory ,summarizing the teachers' self-learning connotation and characteristics, the form and method, studying the problems such as teacher of self-learning situation, teacher of self-learning the influence factors , the following conclusions is that there are significant differences about factors associated with teachers' self-learning in the different schools, different gender, different vocational level and different degree of senior school teachers.According to the analysis of the situation and conclusion, the author puts forward some suggestions to promote teacher of self-learning. Some suggestions for the school principal leadership : ascending principal leadership , creating comfortable the cultural atmosphere, building help and guidance of the platform for the teachers' self- learning, promoting autonomy of teachers in the training, using incentive evaluation for teachers. Some Suggestions for teachers: enhancing learning motivation, strengthening the learning of consciousness and methods, enhancing knowledge learning and monitoring of the implementation of learning process, improving scientific research and innovation ability, encouraging teachers to do research in the school-based research .
