Research MethodsThis research mainly used documentation method, questionnaire method, interview method and mathematical statistics.3. Conclusions and SuggestionsThis essay did a research on senior school PE teachers'attitude towards participating in the curriculum reform mainly by questionnaires, in order to learn how the PE teachers who have participated in the curriculum reform act in their teaching practice and the factors that influence their attitude, after the reform was carried out in senior schools all over Jiangsu province. The result indicated that the general situation is relatively good.Compared in aspects such as level, region, gender, age , teaching age ,educational background and title, PE teachers of different levels, different ages and different teaching ages have remarkable differences in their attitude towards participating in the reform. It is found that PE teachers from urban schools, aged from 26 to 40, or with 6 to 25 years'teaching experience are more motivated in participating in the reform. There are many influential factors of PE teachers'attitude, such as culture, techniques and systems, among which lack of attention to physical education, underdevelopment of relevant systems, lack of faculty training and more specific guidance are the leading ones.In this case, to encourage PE teachers to participate in the reform actively, the following things should be done.(a)The responsible educational departments should play a full role in monitoring the reform and creating a good external environment for the teachers;(b)Senior schools should attach more importance to the curriculum reform, put the Sports and Health course in a higher place, and promote the exploitation of sport facilities;(c)PE teachers should further understand the reform and accelerate the adjustment of their knowledge structure and the transition of their roles;(d)Put emphasis on teacher training and experience exchange and promote teachers'scientific research level;(e)Further develope the insurance and incentive mechanism.
