| Teacher is the key link among student, school and family. The quality of teacher has direst influence on the implement of New Curriculum Reform, so teacher training becomes an important and necessary way. To improve teachers’ professional standard, a variety of training has been organized among teachers in many regions. However, according to the result concluded from questionnaires and interviews, some teachers point out that the training effectiveness needs to be improved because of some unsatisfactory factors. The effectiveness of training is not only the core factor of evaluating, but also a feedback of training efficiency. Low training efficiency affects teachers’ initiative and isn’t good for the virtuous cycle of continuing education.In order to research on the problems of high school teachers’ training efficiency in the New Curriculum Reform, the investigation is supported by the examples of three representative schools in Beihai. These examples support the deep analysis of what influences training efficiency. The influential factors are interrelated and involve nature, institution, social and psychological matters. The ecology of development is used as a new perspective and theoretical basis in the research. It is helpful not only in classifying these factors but also in finding whether they are dominant or subordinate, promoting or obstructive. This way is good for reason analysis and effectively improving training efficiency.The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the background, purpose and significance of the selected topic, which relate to the current research status of high school teacher training in the new curriculum reform at home and abroad. In the second part, the definitions of concepts are given and the theoretical basis is provided with analysis. The third part is about the knowledge of current situation of teacher training, and the discovery of the influence factors of the training effectiveness. The fourth part is the analysis of what cause the problems. In the fifth part, according to the low effectiveness, some solutions and measures are put forward to improve it which base on the Ecology of Development. |
