Study On Ideological And Political Education For Psychological Harmony

The main task of ideological and political work in colleges and universities is cultivating student's noble quality and the correct ideological beliefs. The status of student's mental harmony will highly influence the effect of the carrying out of ideological and political work. The main task of psychological harmony education is solving the problems during their growing and cultivating university student's psychological mechanisms of psychology harmony, good emotion, willing to make they know themselves better and improve their self-value identification achievements of identity. With the harmony of volitional quality, university students can grasp the correct political direction, to establish a correct perception of the word their lives and morality.College students are the valuable human resources in our country; they are nation's hope, so their psychological harmony status is not only related to their growth and overall development, but also related to build a harmonious society. With the rapid social transformation and development necessity demands of people become into multi-variant intendancy. Diversified values toward the word crashed and melted with each other and the pressures under this circumstance take the mental distress and conflict to students inevitably. Science reform and opening-up the college and university student's mental illness intend to the complexity and extremely, such as the"Ma Jiajue event"which happened in 2004, in the student's dormitory of Yunnan University and the"Yao Jiaxin event"which happened in 24th October, 2010. After analyzed the extreme event happened in the university recent years we found that there are lots of questions not only the political problems, ideological and ethical problems but also the psychological problems about the their study and life. The problems about university students should be solved not only by using the psychology consultant and psychology intervention but also by using the platform of Ideological and political education. We need carry out the psychology harmony education innovatively to build the new channel of university student's psychology harmony education.We did lots of exploration and practicing work in the field of psychology in the ideological and political education and formed a firmly basic, accumulated lots of benefit experience. However, there exist some vague perceptions and practice bias in the practical situation of colleges and university. Only when we pay a highly attention to the psychological harmony of university to make everybody reaches into the harmony mind-set the interpersonal relationship can get a harmony and our goal of building a harmony society can be reached. Aimed to solve the problems of infiltrating the university student's psychological harmony education into ideological and political education the researcher made the exploration in the following two aspects: first, to emphasize the psychology quality cultivation of the ideological and political education teachers; secondly, bring up the ways and methods of merging the university student's ideological and political education and psychological harmony education. According to this, this paper gives the following advices: 1) reinforce the humanistic concern to the student's when carrying the ideological and political education; 2) according to university student's psychological characteristic and the discipline of it's occur, develop and changing to make the ideological and political education deep into the psychological level and combined with each other organic. 3) develop the complementary effort between the psychological harmony and ideological and political education. This research have a great influence in improving the aiming effort of university student's ideological and political education and promoting it's carrying out in facing the psychological harmony.
