| In December 2017,Implementation Outline of the Quality Improvement Program of Ideological and Political in Colleges and Universities was issued by the Ministry of Education.This document incorporated metal education into the "top ten" education system,and further clarified the educational objectives of mental health education.At the same time,the document mentioned that colleges and universities should vigorously promote the curriculum teaching reform aimed at "curriculum thought and politics".In colleges and universities,the mental health education of college students is closely related to ideological and political education,because the former one serves as a special branch of the latter one.Therefore,from the perspective of college students’ metal health education,the research can help to accelerate the localization and improve the effectiveness of mental health education among college students.In this way,the mental health education could fully exert its educational function and help to achieve the general goal of “Cultivating people in Morality Strengthening” through ideological and political courses.Firstly,the author gives the definition of the relevant concepts,summarized the theoretical basis for the ideological and political design of college students’ mental health education course,clarifies the relationship between mental health education and ideological and political education.Then,the achievements and problems in mental health education and ideological and political course are reviewed based on a questionnaire survey.According to the survey,the problems mainly focus on the insufficient attention in colleges and universities,the inadequate implementation by teachers,the weak discrimination of college students to foreign ideas,and weak interest of college students in courses.In the problem analysis,it is found that four main factors restricting the ideological and political implementation of College Students’ mental health education courses,such as college system,teachers’ motivation,curriculum content and teaching activities.Finally,on the basis of theoretical research and empirical investigation,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the ideological and political construction of college students’ mental health courses from four aspects: strengthening the implementation of the three complete education requirements of mental health education,strengthening the motivation of ideological and political construction by mental health courses teachers,creating the localization of mental health education course content,and optimizing the teaching methods for ideological and political course during mental health education.In particular,by exploring the ideological and political elements contained in the syllabus of college students’ mental health course,the colleges and universities can fully grasp the relationship between ideological and political education and mental education in the students. |
