The Harmonious Research Of College Ideological And Political Education

As an important part of higher education, the ideological and political of universities make a great contribution to improving the ideological and political quality of college students, as well as to cultivating the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Currently, there are some unstable factors in ideological and political education work, which, to some extent, have a negative effect on the work of ideological and political education.Firstly, this dissertation is based on harmony theory, associated with the t work of ideological and political of universities, to analyze the principle obeyed by evaluation index system of the work of ideological and political of universities by means of carding the study situation of assessment of the work of ideological and political education of universities. Then find out those assessment systems which are easy to operate and able to reflect the assessment systems of the work of ideological and political education requested by the Party and country. Secondly, on the foundation of the assessment form named as "assessment of the work of ideological and political education of college student" printed by Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and Education Department, fulfill and correct the existing assessment form systematically by confirming the weights and preparing the assessment standard as well as proofing and testing. Establish the assessment form for the work of ideological and political education of normal university students. Then proof and correct the form repeatedly by using of questionnaire, scoring by experts and Delphi theory. Put forward the improvement after picking out the lower harmony factors of harmony degree of ideological and political education work of university which is calculated according to the statistical results,Finally, propose some detail advice and measures for improving the concordance of ideological and political education work of university according to the calculation form for harmony degree of ideological and political education work of university. Those advice and measures are also for the pursuers of realizing the concordance of ideological and political education work of university early and cultivating the students who are comprehensive and concordance developed.
