The Academy is a special educational organization form in the ancient China, which is an independent educational institution and started in the Tang Dynasty .The Academy is a place of poly to lecture knowledge, which is hosted by a private or official to study on the knowledge together. The Academy played an important role in personnel training, cultural inheritance and social education in the Chinese late feudal society. The Song Dynasty is a critical period of its development. The moral system of The Academy in the Song Dynasty completely reflects in the goal of moral education, moral education curriculum, the implementation system of moral education, and the teacher-student relationship. The Academy attached great importance to moral education, it can be said which is one of the important characteristics of The Academy in the Song Dynasty. The educators in The Academy paid attention to the moral education, and regarded moral character as its central idea of personnel training requirements. In the long-term educational practice, the educators have accumulated rich experience.In this paper it discourses in such areas, an overview of The Academy in the Song Dynasty, the moral education contents of The Academy in the Song Dynasty, the moral education practice of The Academy in the Song Dynasty, and its moral implications. The Fourth chapter mainly discusses the moral education implications of The Academy in the Song Dynasty.
