Teachers' instruction behavior is performance or activity displayed by teachers in the process of the class, mainly including teachers' teaching behavior, students learning behavior, and mutual study actions. And it is the entire behavior made by teachers and students "COMBINED ONES" to promote positive instruction, self-studying in the class .This research, based on specialized documents analysis and Situated Cognition, accomplished from three aspects of teachers teaching behavior, students learning behavior, mutual studying behavior. According to class-observation, documents collection, participation in daily teaching activities, research was followed by studying on three English teachers of one middle school in two months, from May.2010 to Jun. Two questions were discussed as below: One is how teachers conduct instruction behavior, containing activities of teaching, learning and interactions as well. Another is any problems exist on their activities, and how to solve.Research tells us that there are common and different points for their instruction behavior. Common one is they all have self-dominate teaching features and good relationship with students. Different one is their personal teaching styles. Teacher "B" who is more conservative is accustomed to control class teaching atmosphere. Teacher "F" who is more passionate is easier to communicate. Teacher "Z" who is more elegant is enjoyable to teaching tirelessly. The same problems they have are: students are more passive to receive knowledge, instead of developing study explore ability. As for this problem, researcher comes up with following advice: Guide students learning in specific and lively situations, put more attention on developing independence of students deal with difficulty. This research is a new attempt to discuss instruction behavior from the aspect of Situation Cognition. It will be great help to promote class teaching efficiency and teachers'personal skill.Point out: considering whether teaching or learning behavior, it is always mutual actions by teachers and students. So interaction studying is contained in above two teaching activities, and not discussed alone.
