Knowledge is characterized by situation. Effective teaching and leaning demands that teachers create a good instruction situation, because the good instruction situation can promote that students to set up their knowledge system on their own initiative. The principles, methods and strategies of the biological teaching in secondary schools are put forward in the thesis through the experimental research.
