High school's information technology is an emerging course. Many experts are studying how to study it effectively and they have acquired lots of new methods. However, many practical conditions limit their practice. High school's Information Technology learning basing on Situated Cognition makes the students solve the real problems in the real situation to construct knowledge, so it makes the learning effectively. Base on this, the writer comes into a high school to research how to study this course in the material and intercommunion conditions and how to apply it into learning and life.This paper consists of seven chapters and chapter four and chapter five are the principal parts.Chapter one introduces the background, status quo. contents, and the methods of the research.Chapter two introduces the Theory of Situated Cognition including the history, main contents and its characteristics.Chapter three analyses the investigating questionnaire of the choosing high school under the macroscopically background of the researching status at home and overseas.Chapter four is mainly about the constructing of the learning situation, including assorting the learning situations basing on the course contents and many effective strategies are putting forwardChapter five mainly discusses the practice of the learning activity, including the students how to join in the activity individually and cooperatively, and different functions of different people. Chapter six analyses the learning effect by the test results of the basal knowledge and technique, the statement of the teacher, the observing of the writer, the investigating of the questionnaire and the interview of the students.The last chapter summarizes the fore research and expects the after research.
