Therefore, this study all of China's social transition period as an entry point to the macro and micro focus on different aspects of economic, political, cultural, ethical, moral, psychological and other aspects of transition, surging divorce rate in China do in-depth the analysis, with the sociological perspective to think, and ultimately predict the trend of future population development trend of divorce rates and made suggestions. On the definition of the concept of social transformation, and analyzes the characteristics of social transformation. Then the background of social transition, the situation in China then provides an overview of divorce. The third part, accelerate the transition phase in the social phenomenon of divorce, and data analysis, based on the analysis focuses on the background of the high divorce rate and causes:A broad view of the political, economic, legal, society as a whole ethical impact of change on the divorce rate; from the micro perspective focuses on the family structure, function and ethics of marriage, the impact of changes on the divorce. And use a lot of ink analyzes the family structure and function in this transition period will change, caused by instability or dissolution of marriage and family.The last part had thought the divorce rate of China's future development trend of the prediction and integrated from a multidisciplinary perspective, put forward corresponding countermeasures divorce with the theoretical framework.
