| At present, the research of Forestry Decision Support System (FDSS) focuses on the construction and design of the system and software development, lack of system decision support ability attention. This article studies FDSS using statistics related theory knowledge is very significant for perfecting FDSS construction, assisting decision-makers correctly handle the forestry half structural or unstructured decision problem, improving forest management and decision-making level, achieving sustainable forestry development, promoting forestry modernization.The article mainly uses Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to study FDSS performance. Firstly, according to FDSS connotation and basic characteristics, the relationship of Statistics and FDSS has been clear. Under the guidance of the system theory, FDSS is divided into data system, model and method system, human-computer interaction system, scientific and technological personnel four subsystems. The latest system which is compose of forestry experts, computer technicians, decision makers emphasizes the importance of participation system construction to make the system intelligence effect even more obvious than previous system which merely emphasizes forestry expert knowledge on constructing knowledge system. On the basics, analyzing the influence factors of each subsystem to build FDSS hierarchy evaluation index system, the index system include target layer, four criterion layer, fourteen items elements layer. The article use Analytic Hierarchy Process and Expert Consultation Method are to give a weight to every index and establish fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model according to the index characteristics and judge system decision support level on the principle of maximum membership degree. Finally, the article comprehensively analyzing the problems existing in the system on the standard of every index evaluation and propose countermeasures and the suggestions on perfecting FDSS construction. |
