Research On Intermediary Institution Of Education Examination

Professional education examination institution as a "conductor" of test research, design and management,it is an important guarantee to promote scientific,professional,and it is also an important symbol of specialization and modernization to national education examination management.Every country in the world is committed to improving their professional levels of education examination institution.But Chinese educational examination institutions have some problems, for example,the scientific research, the quality of examinations and the service,these problems that hinder our country's education institutions to become a professional examination organization.The author thinks that establish education examination intermediary organizations is the only way to improve the quality of the exam proposition and transform the government functions.Therefore, the study of education examination institutions intermediary has very important significance.In this thesis,the author use the control theory and non-governmental organization theory as the theoretical perspective. Following the comprehensive elaborate and micro analysis, the present situation investigate and sino-foreign reference,the oretical analysis and practical verification,all of these are mentality research in my thesis.This thesis include five parts.The first part, analysis of the core concepts and theory. The second part,analysis of the current problems and traits about institutions of education examination.The third part,analysisof the necessity to establish an intermediary educational examination.The fourth part, the author compare the British and American educational testing on the operation and characteristics. The fifth Part, descripition of the construction of the educational testing agency.
