Research On Intermediary Organizations Promoting The Development Of School-Enterprise Cooperation In Vocational Education

With the development of market economy in our country,in order to meet the needs of the development of market economy,vocational colleges have changed from running independent schools to cooperating with enterprises.School-enterprise cooperation has become an important form of the development of modern vocational education.Nowadays,experts and scholars at home and abroad are actively seeking the best mode of promoting cooperation between schools and enterprises.It can not only make up for the defects of the binary cooperation between schools and enterprises,but also provide effective coordination services and improve the efficiency of cooperation.However,the intermediary organizations of school and enterprise cooperation in vocational education in our country appear for a short time,and there are still many problems.Firstly,this paper studies the related concepts and theoretical basis of the school-enterprise cooperation intermediary organization in vocational education.Through the analysis of the relevant concepts of the intermediary organization,combining with Wisconsin thought,constructivism education theory and structure hole theory,It is pointed out that as a bridge between vocational colleges and enterprises,the school-enterprise cooperation intermediary organization of vocational education pushes the development of school-enterprise cooperation to the depths.Secondly,through the analysis of the emergence of vocational education intermediary organizations and the necessity of their development,The paper points out the main modes and functions of intermediary organizations to promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education.Thirdly,it discusses the problems existing in the development of cooperative intermediary organizations of vocational education schools and enterprises in China,such as the immature development of intermediary organizations.The internal operation of intermediary organizations is not standardized,the development environment of intermediary organizations is not perfect,and so on.Finally,this paper focuses on perfecting the development of intermediary organizations industry,standardizing the internal operation of intermediary organizations,improving the development environment of intermediary organizations,and promoting schools and enterprises.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to standardize the cooperation between vocational education schools and enterprises in the four aspects of cooperative development of intermediary organizations,which is expected to be of benefit to the development of cooperative intermediary organizations of vocational education schools and enterprises in China.
