Research On The Institution Analyse And Improvement Of Higher Education Supply In China

China had carried out planned economy for a very long time after the establishment of New China. At that time, higher education services supply was under the strict control of a rationing systems; higher education service was far behind the need of the education market. Therefore, the problem that supply didn't meet need was not so serious.Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, China has made great achievements in developing the higher education, however, the issue that higher education's supply cannot match its demand be increased and it be concerned widespreadly. The contradiction of the match between supply and demand is still obvious in the development of the higher education, why? What's reason behind this?For the prerequisites of the Studies, this article makes two assumptions. The first one is to suppose the Government and individual citizens are both rational, and they have sufficient understanding of its own demand preference or not; the other one is that:the Government and individual citizens take action or not,which depend on their understand of the environment surrounded them and their value system of judgment.As for the research methods, this paper mainly uses literature analysis and case study. Literature analysis is used to find information of the history and current state of regulations and rules on China's higher education supply. In addition, the paper also uses comparative study method and factor analysis method to analyze documents and find problems and factors existing in china's higher education service The study takes the Shanghai's higher education service supply and relative problems as case to get more specific information for the whole study.For the contents of the study, it is divided into five chapters. The first chapter desecribe the research background, specific problems and significances of the study. The second chapter is about the literature review and the theoretical basis. The third chapter research the detailed information for the supply of China's higher education services, including supplying institution and supply of products. The fourth Chapter elaborates the impact of China's higher education institutions for the education service from three different aspects, which is the involvement of consumers in decision-making system, consumer choices-making system and the manner of consumption system changes.For the conclusion part, the improper distribution of the suppliers and demanders and among the suppliers,which are caused by unreasonable institutions,is the main factor that affect the match between supply and demand in china's higher education services.
