Research On Network-Using Present Situation And Counterplan Of The Urban Senior High School Students In Huaibei

With methods of questionnaire and interview etc., we carry on the investigation to the students of several senior high schools in Huaibei city, to find out the positive efFect that the Internet displays in the education and problems when senior high school students use the Internet, and discover the influence factors, then provide a set of positive methods to enhance the network-using efficiency and reduce the negative influences that the Internet brings. Through the analysis, we think the following characteristics appeared in the process of the urban senior high school students' network-using: 1.The number of "network-touching" is high, the condition of network-using has been improved; 2.The frequency of network-using is higher, the antinomy is outstanding between network-using time and learning with resting time; 3. The outlets of the learning are opening, but the efficiency of the network learning is low; 4.The items of the urban senior high school students' network-using are deficient, net-chatting and net-game are addicted to. Through the analysis that reflected ,we think the network characteristics with the mental and physiology characteristics of the senior high school students are both the reason, also the management problem of the society, family and school on the senior high school students is one of the reason. We also give some solutions: 1. Society should be responsible for the good network environment for the teenagers' growth; 2.The home education and the school education should complement with each other; 3.Strengthen the teenagers' self network education, and promote their network cultivated manners; 4.Carryout the network community learning, to fully exertive the network assistance function on learning.
