The core strength training is most early applies in the fitness and the recovery domain one strength training method, in the early-1990s, the overseas scholar and the trainers realized the athlete torso myo-group gradually, as well as the bodily in-depth small muscle group importance. Later these overseas scholars and the trainers have enlarged regarding the torso spot myo- group research, and proposed gradually the core strength training then introduced it in athletics sports training.Because the young thrower's body to grow the growth, occupies the stage which lays the foundation found comprehensively, the athlete the core strength training which carries on the young people stage continues, specially the small muscle group and in-depth muscle's training, causes its and the big muscle group coordination development, regarding sharpens the athlete body control as well as builds the good physical ability foundation to have the very big help.This article utilizes the literature material law, the expert interview law, the questionnaire survey procedure, the cut-and-try method, the mathematical statistic method, throws the athlete key forces training effect to the young people to conduct the experimental study and the theoretical analysis. Throw the athlete take Shandong Province Pingdu city's three Senior middle school's 12 as the experimental subjects, and the experimental subject will divide into the experimental group and the control group, after grouping each result carries on the examination p>0.05, groups the non-significance difference. In the experiment process, the control group and the experimental group in the general training content same situation, carry on 1.5 hour key forces training to the experimental group in morning's general quality training time, after passing through 8 week-long experiment trains, to reflected that throws the athlete special ability 5 targets as well as the special result carries on the test, and carries on the data statistics and the analysis to the experimental result, and draws the following conclusion: 1) In the young thrower's training to introduce the core strength training, may effective/nhance the young thrower's special ability, displays after undergoing 8 week-long core strength training, through to the experimental group data's contrastive analysis, responded throws the athlete special ability five target table after the experiment has the varying degree enhancement, and had the significance difference.2) the young thrower in athlete's training to introduce the core strength to have the better training effect. Displays in:After the experiment, to the experimental group and the control group reflected that throws the athlete special ability in five evaluating indicator contrastive analysis, in which three targets had the significance difference.3) The core srength are not decided that throws the athlete special ability the only determining factor, this after experiment the experimental group and the control group 30 meters accelerate to run may see with in the standing broad jump difference significance analysis, in some lower limb big muscle group explosive force in the leading role project, the core strength enhancement has certain help regarding in these project result stability, but cannot effective, the direct impetus result growth.4) The core strength training cannot substitute for the young thrower to throw the athlete tradition the strength training, it should be the traditional forces training beneficial supplement, belongs to the athlete strength training constituent.
