With the increasing fierce competition in sports, coaches and scientists for sports are improving the athletes performance through various effective ways. As for the throwing events, a key factor which decides the sport performance is development of specific levels of speed and strength,.As today with a more perfect moter technique,a not clear action diversity between high level athletes, the key factor which decides the sport performance is development of specific levels of speed and strength. Although the genetic factors decide the speed and strength, the acquired scientific training will effectively improve the athlete's speed and strength levels. Throwing is a typical speed of Stamina power type projects, how to more effectively improve the scientific level of speed and strength of athletes. This need to select a reasonable and effective training methods to improve the competitive ability of athletes to achieve the ultimate goal of scientific training.The human body is an extremely complex function system, especially for throwing which highly demand body functions demanding projects, we simply can not rely on a training tool to improve the athlete's body function and athletic performance comprehensivly. This requires in-depth study on the means of training of researchers and coaches. Optimize combination of strength training methods, through scientific arrangements and monitoring to find the best practice methods to improve throwing speed and training efficiency. This article uses literature review, expert survey, fuzzy mathematics, and statistics. Select young throwers of Sports Schoolof Dezhou, Shandong Province. To investigate and verify whether the combination of scientific training methods can effectively improve the athlete's special achievements. The results show that:1. After 10 weeks of speed and strength training, physical fitness and by athletes for special achievement test results showed that the physical quality of young players have improved to some extent, part of the physical aspects of a significant difference in the experimental group Athletic Performance comparison showing a significant difference. Tt is belived that a scientific and rational means of clustering and the combination of training is scientific and effective to improve speed and strength for young athletes.2. The grass-roots coaches should strengthen theoretical study on the choice of means about the training of young athletes, make the training methods and load reasonable and effective. In this paper,by the control theory, the use of the method of fuzzy clustering means of training for scientific and rational allocation, the results proved to be feasible and effective.3. In the course of experimental studies, we found that grassroots coaches too much emphasis on the training of great strength, pay a little attention to speed training, we should make the load scientific and reasonable, while the speed of practice should be strengthened. |
