Core strength training is now widely used in many competitive sports,and its training effect is obvious to all,so it has been favored and recognized by many coaches and athletes.Wrestling is a competitive sport that requires athletes to engage in high-intensity confrontation.Therefore,there is a high requirement for the athlete's strength and quality.Strength training is the top priority of daily training for wrestlers.Core strength training,as a more scientific and effective method of strength training,has already been used in wrestling events,but there is still insufficient empirical research.Based on this,the application of core strength training in wrestling events is experimental.Research is a topic of practical significance.The author selected 16 young women's freestyle wrestlers in Jinan Sports School of Shandong Province as the research object.Through searching the relevant literature and seeking the opinions of many expert coaches,he developed an experimental program for core strength training.Divided into experimental group and control group,each group has 8 people.Before and after the experiment,the two groups of athletes were tested for their specific strength and specific ability indicators,and the core strength training was verified by comparing the corresponding indicators to the freestyle of teenage girls.The effect of wrestler's special strength and special ability.The results show that:(1)After 12 weeks of core strength training,the specific strength performance indicators of the athletes in the experimental group have been greatly improved,indicating that core strength training has a better role in developing the core muscle strength of young female wrestlers;(2)After 12 weeks of core strength training,the performance index of the special ability of the experimental group athletes has also been improved to a certain extent,indicating that core strength training has a relatively good effect in developing the special ability of young female wrestlers;The role for young female wrestlers is mainly reflected in improving special strength,improving the quality of movement completion,improving the stability of athletes and preventing the occurrence of sports injuries;(4)core strength training for young female wrestlers special strength and special ability improvement Although it is better,traditional strength training also has its own advantages.In different indicators,the effect of traditional strength training is also relatively good.
