The city is the largest concentration of population place, people take daily activities in the city. It has an important theoretical and practical significance to real time master the dynamic distribution of urban population of day. At present, the spatialization'distribution of the urban population's main research contents including the demographic data of the space and estimating the urban population space distribution under the high-resolution images.In the study, based on GIS technology, using the high-resolution combined with investigation, built-up areas in case of BeiBei, researching for the smallest unit of a building, the author proposes the establishment of the distribution of urban population dynamics model on the ideas and methods, focusing on residential building simulation and administrative the high time and high spatial resolution of the office on the dynamic distribution of the population to verify the simulation results. The main research contents and results include the following:①introduced the method of using Google Earth to obtain high-resolution images with geographical coordinates;②urban population at the establishment for the dynamic distribution model classification system for urban buildings;③Introduced the method of the city population estimates of static, and validated it;④According to field survey data and results of image interpretation, established a model, which is based on the use of the building type, time and other factors of the urban population variables on the dynamic distribution; implementation of the urban population at high resolution Simulation of Dynamic Distribution;⑤Using the "pad technology" to achieve the results of the model grids, and using C#+Arc GIS Engine automatically calculated to achieve a model. Finally, the author has discussed the study of the characteristics and shortcomings proposed the establishment of a more accurate distribution of urban population estimation model on the idea of dynamic. The results show that, based on GIS technology to build high time resolution, high spatial resolution dynamic distribution of urban population on the model, having some theoretical significance. The simulation results established the reality of demographic trends and high similarity, but it remains to be further improved simulation accuracy.
