| In 2008, the global financial crisis swept the world, Chins has been impacted in some degree, which is characterized by extensive economic. The state proposed to adjust and optimize the industrial structure, give full play to personnel, especially the application of high-level talents, in response to the financial crisis. Postgraduate education has always been biased towards academic degree, while ignoring the professional degree, resulting in the appearance of supply exceeding demand, and also lack of high-level application talents. Agriculture, as Chinese first industry, also encountered a lack of application of high-level talents; in addition, agriculture is also a strong practical discipline, the reality and urgency of agriculture determine that the necessity of Chinese agricultural postgraduate education reform and trend of expanding the proportion of academic degree. Based on the above background, this article uses the literature analysis, questionnaires, expert seminars, and expert interviews methods to analyze problems in the Chinese agricultural postgraduate training model. In the end, the training model of academic degree and professional degree are reconstructed, respectively. The main conclusions are as follows: The proportion of professional degree and academic degree should be adjusted tol:1, from the current proportion4:6, which means that the expansion of professional degree enrollment. The status of training objectives should be identified, which can be divided into three parts: ideological and political, professional quality, and career quality. Academic degree and full-time professional degree should adopt the National Entrance Examination, while the part-time professional degree should adopt GCT and Professional Comprehensive Examination, and also the proportion of recommendation enrollment should be increased. Academic degree should adopt the flexible and registration system, and "Successive Postgraduate and Doctoral program" and "Co-culture at Home and Abroad Program" also should be implemented; full-time professional degree should adopt a flexible system and also the "Industry-Academia-Research"; part-time professional degree should adopt the Order-based training model. For the quality controlling, academic degree should adopt the course examination and thesis; while the professional degree need not complete the master thesis, instead, the research reports and case studies can be used as the defending material. The relationship between professional degree and qualification should be identified. |
