| Facing the increasingly fierce international environment,the ability to innovate was questioned.With the increased research achievements,an increased awareness of the importance of postgraduate education and talents growing in academia has encouraged universities to devote greater efforts in discovering the law of graduate education.Most of the researchers have focused mainly on the education status and cultivating mode and education-related law,while lacking education law.Whether the graduate education have regular rules and what kind of laws to follow is the key to the study of graduate education and educating people,which is conducive to enriching and developing the theoretical system of graduate education and educating people and providing a theoretical basis for the cultivation and innovation of graduate students in China.On the theory of graduate education,man’s all-round development and postgraduate psychological development,and we formed system theory of graduate education by discussing the theory of graduate education.This article used literature analysis,historical methods,case studies,according to the research ideas of “theory discussion—status analysis—foreign reference—education law—countermeasure and suggestion”,we proposed the law of graduate education step by step,and the countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of graduates that suiting our national conditions.The first part,introduction,core concepts and theoretical basis.This article explained the background and significance of the topic,reviewed the relevant literature at home and abroad,designed the research ideas and methods,and made the necessary definitions of the core concepts and theoretical basis of this paper.The second part,analysis of the Experience of Postgraduate Education in China.Firstly,it traced three periods the development path of China’s postgraduate education.Secondly,it analyzed the status of domestic postgraduate education.Then,we analyzed the concept of education,teaching stuff,and implementing education,education system and other specific practices through case studies(Beijing university,for example).The third part,analysis of foreign graduate education experience.Firstly,we traced the development course of American postgraduate education—four periods.Secondly,we analyzed the status of American graduate education.Then,we analyzed the concept of education status,teaching stuff,educating people,and education system through case studies(John Hopkins University,for example).The fourth part,analysis of graduate education law.This is the focus of this study.Through the case study of graduate students in domestic and foreign universities,the specific practices of graduate education are summarized.From the goal of dynamic education,the experience of graduate education in China and the United States summed up,combining with a complete set of management and evaluation systems for talent cultivation,we revealed the laws of graduate education.The fifth part,the Countermeasures and Suggestions on the Cultivation of Graduate Students in China.Based on the revealed law of postgraduate education and education,this article proposed a series of suggestions for China’s postgraduate training innovations that suitable to social and economic development,China’s national conditions,and colleges and universities.We hoped the suggestions could promote the reform of China’s postgraduate training mechanism,Cultivate high-level talents with strong scientific research capabilities and good academic qualities.The sixth part,conclusion.This paper summarizes the main conclusions,main innovations,research insufficiency and prospects.Combined with case studies(Peking University and Johns Hopkins University,for example),this article adopted a theoretical study of the education laws,and proposed a series of suggestions for promoting postgraduate training innovation in China,which were updating the concept of graduate education,optimizing education system and specifying the goal of graduate education,formulating education programs and strengthening the construction of teachers,promote effective guidance of teacher and optimizing graduate education course settings,highlighting innovation capabilities and improving the Education System for graduate education,enhancing process management and focusing on results and process,building a diversified evaluation system,etc. |
