China since ancient times, especially in the case are agriculture-based, agricultural training class innovative talents in the development of agriculture in China has a great role in promoting also conform to the demands of the times. High levels of agricultural innovation talent development will become the main force of China’s rural productive new era.Traditional universities talent training mode gradually incompatible with the development of contemporary education can not meet the high-level innovative talents society now demands. So how universities should respond to the needs of human society, based on their own teaching characteristics, reform and training model, committed with innovative spirit and ability of high school talent in the agricultural professional training, this is a question worth considering.This paper focuses on the development of modern and new rural construction rural demand for innovative agricultural undergraduate talents of universities in training mode under the popularization of agricultural undergraduate talents were studied. The use of theoretical training model and positioning innovative talents, backgrounds for innovative undergraduate training, conceptual analysis and the difficulties encountered in the training process and hinder the analysis and select the school of Hunan Agricultural University as a case example analysis.
