| Graduate education has played an enormous role in training highly qualified personnel at a higher level with the higher education. In our country graduate education developed later than in other countries, but since issuing the Regulation of Degrees in 1980,which was due to the concerns of the Party, the government and various important members of society, it has developed faster and achieved many results. The system of graduate education has been enriched greatly, especially by the rise of on-the-job graduate education. It has trained large numbers of specially trained high-level personnel for society. On the basis of relevant human resource theories and education theories, this paper uses demonstration analysis, and has probed into the on-the-job graduate training issue being concerned about career designing for the on-the-job graduate. As everyone knows, career design is not an isolated incident, but has a relationship with our country's university education and management innovations, especially with graduate education. In this paper, the author will discuss some issues in our country's graduate education, such as construction and development of the subject, the tutor's building of stave, the courses offered, the paper management, the mode of training, to set up career guidance and feedback mechanism, the graduate's moral work and international training, etc. As we know, higher education is a complicated and immense topic to discuss. Graduate education is only one subsystem. This paper designs an aspect and carries on the discussion only from the point of view of the on-the-job graduate, the deeper level study remains to be discussed at another time. |
