With the development of culture and education, the educational circles pay more and more attention to physical education. There are more and more concerns from the community pay attentions to how to promote physical and mental health of students though physical education. Method of physical education is an important organizational form of the process of teaching, and it is also an important factor determine whether the students like to study in physical education. It leads to academic experts and scholars of sports to study physical education teaching methods continually from the birth of physical education. Every teaching method has its own characteristics from the initial teaching methods that Lecturing method, demonstration method and exercise method to the present methods that elicitation method, discovery method and explore-cooperative teaching methods and the game methods of teaching. The use of these teaching methods should have some emphasis that depend on different stages in the development of students and the development process of thinking, It brings a certain degree of difficulty to the workers of physical education because the teaching method is not fixed, nor there is a fixed model to follow for teachers. On the choice of the physical education teaching methods will determine whether the progress of physical education is smooth and students can achieve learning goals and health goals. As students of different ages with different body and physical development, the teachers should select to use variously of teaching methods depend on different physical and mental characteristics of students. When students are in the elementary school stages, the concentration of their brains had not formed fully yet. Their nerves are still in the state of excitability, it is difficult to pay attention to something, easily dispersed because of external interference. Otherwise student's bone tissue elastic, it is suitable for some flexibility and agility activities and exercises, not the strength and endurance exercises. According to these physiological and psychological characteristics of students, the teaching methods should integrate the game methods into the basic methods of explanation, demonstration and practice.The teacher should give students more practice time and try to explain the reduction of theoretical knowledge. The teacher just tall students about skills or the content and rules of the activities, the teachers play a guiding, supporting and helping role in the classroom while at other times. The students' activity times are increase and they have fun in the class, then they will interest in physical education and they will concentrate on activities. Over time, it will help to promote overall development of students.The game of teaching not only can effectively promote primary school students in physical education, but also can promote secondary school or university level students in some level. This study focuses on this kind of teaching methods used in primary school students in physical education, after a semester of teaching experiments, found that the game teaching of sports play a good role to promote students learning. From this experiment, it summarized aspects of game teaching promoting students learn in physical education, as following:1. Ability of physical activity, the sports game that according to physical and psychological characteristics of students rich in content and presentation, the method is reasonable, it be able to attract the attention of students, the students will actively participate in the activities. The greatest feature of physical education is through physical activity to achieve the development impact of all aspects for students, the game teaching enable students to enjoy physical activity and it has more effective to promote mobility of students than just use explain, demonstration and practice. Students willing to participate in sports, then their knowledge and skills will be gradually improved.2. Physical interest in learning, interests is the best teacher, integration that games and skills in physical education are not only allows students to learn new knowledge and new methods, more importantly, can increase students' interest in learning sports. Students actively participate in teaching activities that teacher organized, and be able to apply the knowledge and skills they learned to their daily life and they will always participate in some extracurricular activities. When they have difficulty in sports activities, they would find ways to solve by themselves, which will exercise their good quality and emotional feelings. These are the students' performances that they interested in sports. In the out of classroom, students can learn knowledge or understand the rules through access to sports-related books or watch some sport TV, furthermore, they often share their sports knowledge or skills that they learned, which is good performance that students interest in learning sports.3. Attitudes towards physical education, games contents attract students to participate in it, students participated in activities will comply with the rules, thus contributing to the maintenance of class environmental, they also be actively cooperation for the teachers' teaching. Students change the attitude for the sports learning, whether they in the class or out of the classroom, they are willing to learn sports-related knowledge and like to participate in sports activities. When they do not understand the contents of the knowledge, they will take the initiative to ask teachers or students, and they are willing to share their new knowledge learned. It is increased the friendship and affection between the students through their exchanging, and increased trust and understanding between teachers and students through exchanging. It plays a positive role in promoting students in their later life and learning, and cultivates a love of physical activity for student. It also be conducive to enhancing students doing physical exercise, increased health awareness.
