A Study On Construction And Application Of The Public Service Platform Of Wuzhou City Education Resources From The Perspective Of Knowledge Management

In the context of global integration,opportunities and challenges abound,and knowledge has become the core competitiveness of individuals and organizations in the information age.In order to better cope with increasingly complex,dynamic and pluralistic world,teachers and students need to have a creative way of thinking and system theory to meet the advent of the era of "innovation",the education informationization is to promote knowledge innovation.In recent years,our country's education informationization advancement of work achievement visible,but there is still a lot of the deep-seated problems of "split and island" type,hardware construction as the core of education informatization construction way to gradually shift to application as the core of construction,so as to improve support for implementing knowledge management and knowledge innovation ability.The Wuzhou Education Resources Public Service Platform has been completed and put into operation.However,the real problems of education resource construction mode and the enthusiasm of teachers and students application platform are also needed to be solved.Based on the literature research,questionnaire,depth interview and case analysis as the basic research methods,from the view of ecological education informatization,the elements of analysis platform construction and the problems existing in the running process,improving ecological environment of resource application and the ability of users,summed up the knowledge management in education resources platform construction and the operation strategy and preliminary application in the "opera" into the campus activities.This paper consists of the following six components:The first part is the research overview.Expounds the source of this study,from the historical background of global integration,Wuzhou of progress and of education informationization to promote education resources public service platform of the application of practical problems,highlights the urgency of the study;At the same time,the purpose and significance of the research,research contents,methods and ideas are clarified.From domestic and overseas research status quo.The second part is theoretical inquiry.Firstly,the concept of knowledge,knowledge management,education resources and education resource public service platform is defined.Then the SECI model,the relationship between knowledge management,the information ecology concept of education and the relationship between "Ba" and education information ecology environment are expounded.The third part is the current investigation.Using the method of literature method,questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews to hardware,software,provided by the platform,the usage of resources and use people investigate the ability of individuals,will be the status quo,as compared with the construction and application of target to find problems and prepare the way for developing strategy research.The fourth part is the optimization strategy analysis: according to the problems existing in the investigation,the optimization strategy of the platform construction is divided into two parts.This paper proposes five optimization strategies for platform application.The fifth part is the case analysis of the application strategy.First "opera into campus" school-based curriculum development background,studied the gas marketing present situation,analyzes the problems existing in the current and the platform of knowledge management strategy for the development of school-based curriculum is improved,and get the preliminary effect.The sixth part is summary and prospect.This paper summarizes the research results and the deficiencies in the research process,and puts forward the prospect of future research.This study considers:First,the construction of suitable ecological environment is the foundation of human development.Resource platform is an integral part of education informationization ecological environment.To solve the problem of "split and isolated island" for a long time,we should study it from its environment.Information ecology emphasizes the human-oriented core,"application" oriented design and finally realize the "human's development",the informationization environment design to realize people's development as the goal,coordinated planning adjustment,including "resource platform,hardware and software,resources,and training,etc.Second,the "Ba" of knowledge management is closely related to the ecological management information ecology environment.Knowledge innovation depends on appropriate "Ba",and coordination of the ecological environment education informatization can provide different types of "Ba" with the support of a variety of ways,so the construction of harmonious ecological environment can effectively promote the knowledge innovation education informatization.Third,In achieving dynamic balance "Ba" environment of the first three,under the "field" environment for dynamic balance,using the knowledge management strategy,make the explicit knowledge on the platform not only continue to use,renewable,refactoring,and will also be dark tacit knowledge between teachers and students through the spiral model to continuously expand,popularization.
